1. Controller, Underlying Principles, Intended Purpose
All arising personal data will be saved by us and processed in accordance with the relevant data protection regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Federal Data Protection Act [Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act [Telemediengesetz (TMG)]. The basic principle of personal data is article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a, lit. b and lit. f GDPR as well as Section 15 TMG.
If data can be entered on our website, e.g. in the case of a request for proposal, registration for a newsletter or use of a contact form, certain entry fields are marked as "compulsory details". With these fields we collect only the data that is required for the performance of the contract or the implementation of the requested measure. Of course you can provide us with further data on a voluntary basis.
Your personal data will be used and saved for the performance of the contract existing with you resp. the implementation of the measures requested by you (e.g. creation of proposal, answering of a contact request) and for advertising purposes (in that regard, please also read item 2). As soon as the personal data is no longer required for the fulfilment of the purpose, it will be deleted. If statutory retention obligations exist the data will be blocked up until the expiry of the retention obligations and deleted afterwards.
2. Advertising Measures; in particular E-Mail Newsletter
You can object to the use of your personal data for advertising purposes - in any case with effect for the future - in writing, by fax, by e-mail or by telephone at any time resp. revoke a consent granted to us in that regard.
This applies in particular for e-mail newsletters, for example with information about our products and services. We send you e-mail newsletters only if you have consented to the use of your data for this. You can de-register from an e-mail newsletter with effect for the future at any time by either pressing the link existing for this in each e-mail newsletter or by contacting us through the indicated contact data.
3. Customer Account
You can register for a password-protected customer account free of charge on our website. In this account you can administer your completed and open purchases and administer your personal data.
In the course of the registration various compulsory details are collected so that we can provide the services requested by you. This data can be changed by you at any time. Yo can revoke your consent granted for the data processing in the course of the registration with effect for the future at any time by deleting your customer account.
4. Forwarding of Data to Third Parties
Your personal data is in principle known only by those persons who are dealing with the handling of your request, the processing of an order or the use of a newsletter. A forwarding of your personal data to third parties is done only if this is required for the purpose of the contract implementation, you have expressly consented to the forwarding or data protection law permits such a forwarding. However, only the data required in each case is forwarded.
5. Data Subjects' Rights
You have the right to obtain information about the data regarding you personally saved by us free of charge, have incorrect data corrected and request the deletion or restriction of the processing as well as the transferability of your personal data subject to certain requirements. You can object to the use of the data with effect for the future at any time. In many cases however we may not completely delete user data due to statutory retention obligations. In addition, we would like to draw your attention to your right of appeal to the Baden Württemberg State Data Protection and Freedom of Information Officer: Landesbeauftragten für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.

If you call up our page, access data is saved on the server. This data contains e.g. the browser type and version, the operating system used, the website visited beforehand, access data and time of the server request and the client's file request (file name and URL). We use this data anonymised for statistical evaluations, whereby no classification to the respective user occurs.
8. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow Street, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Irland ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”; these are text files that are stored on your computers which facilitate the analysis of your use of the website.
The information about the way you use this website created by the cookie is usually sent to and stored on a Google server in the USA, in particular to a server of Google's parent company, Google LLC, located at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California, USA. Google LLC is certified in accordance with “EU-US-Privacy Shield” (at www.privacyshield.gov/list under the search term “Google”). The Privacy Shield is an agreement between the European Union (EU) and the USA to ensure compliance with European data privacy standards in the United States.
IP address anonymisation has been activated on this website so that your IP address is truncated beforehand by Google within Member States of the European Union or in other countries which are parties to the European Economic Area agreement. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to and truncated on a Google server in the USA.
Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate the way in which the website is used, to collate reports on website activities and in order to provide us with other services related to website and Internet use. In this context, pseudonymous usage profiles can be created from the processed data. The truncated IP address sent by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data held by Google.
